Our Returns Policy

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • All returned items must be in resalable condition with original tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on shoe care products unless sealed and unused
  • Made-to-order items from our Creative and Professional collections are final sale

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and return request (template provided below).
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Return items in their original packaging with all protective materials.

Exchanges

For exchanges of size or color (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received

Refund Information

Upon receipt and inspection of your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
